89 iroc
not my favorite cars, but this one was chirping HARD into third..then chirped fourth.. i bet he would of done fifth too but he let off.

I once beat an iroc at the street races. he was runnin an automatic
and the only thing that saved me is the fact that i jumped him off the line.
every time i shifted he would gain on me. but at the end the ol stang was too much
for the camaro once again.
funny it takes a chevrolet 350 to hang with a ford 302.

No, they had like 190 for the 305....then it jumped to like 225 and the 5.7 had like 225....then it jumped to 235 I believe. I always loved the IROC-Z, 5.0L, GTA, Grand National, etc. Those are what the pimpin kids drove to high school when they were new. Brings back memories. That did sound awsome!

The carb version had 190 horsepower, the Tune port injection version came with 215 and the 5.7 liter had around 230....the 5.7 liter was the only IROC that could beat a 225 horsepower GT. So this guy must have ran into the 350 version.
