Theres plenty of cobras out there that would take it, defiantely in the qt mile, but top end may be a different story.

That speedo climbs quick, but I watched a video of a Twin turbo C6 Zo6, it was like 25-180, that car pulled so hard.., I am uploading the video, check it out, ill make a new thread for it.

 

Watch the last 10 seconds, they show the speedo at 150 ... then... 140.. then the camera pans up to look through the windshield after he is "breaking the sound barrier" and it looks like he going about 75 or so and slowly passes another car going around a bend that would be very sharp if he was really gping over 130 mph? Or am I reading he speedo wrong?

I think he just recaled his speedo to read 150 mph at about 100 mph.

 

No, it didnt get over 140...he kept stopping at the top of 4th...pansy[8D]

 

Cobra is more bang for the buck! and responds better to upgrades.
nitrous is cool but nuthins better than boost!

Pretty sure a ls1 for 10k vs a 03-04 cobra for arround 25-30k or more ls1 wins better deal and ls1s react better to mods do to displacement. Either way cool video,

 

No kidding, [sm=icon_blah.gif] I doubt one vid of a kind of fast Corvette is gonna change any of the MF members outlook on Mustangs. Besides, unlike Cobras, Vettes are Pre-fab fast cars for rich dudes who want to go fast, and dont know how to mod. While, a Cobra, or any Mustang for that matter, is a great platform for any actual car enthusiast to put a piece his or her heart and soul in and eventually come out with a true expression of his/her inner beast.
