I'm in Montreal Canada. As long as the driver and passenger have the same safety equipment you're ok .

If driver has racing seat the passenger must have one too, same for harnesses. My car is bone stock so it doesn't matter.

We have a talon running mid 10's up here

ur supposed to launch AWD at 3500 actually he just doesnt want to burn his clutch or just doesnt know how to drive at all. one of my old buddies can make all for wheels chirp from a dead stop its kinda tricky clutch work

When this vid was taken the exhaust was stock. It's the sound of the intake you hear. You should hear it now with the longtube headers.

3500rpm???Maybe on dirt or something.

Under 5000rpm at our track you'll defineitely bog it.
I know some guys who launch off the rev limiter.
I launch above 4000 on my Mustang GT.

I agree. 3500 rpm seems to low. My old WRX had to be launched higher then that. It all depends on the track.

Nice run, but as you already know he had no idea how to launch that thing...although you would have won the race anyway.
