I have a used sct xcal2 from my 2000 v6 mustang. i have returned it to stock and "unlocked" it using the livelink software but the chip is still LOCKED. It says there are 0 changes left because it has been used on multiple cars. I sent SCT a message regarding this and this is what they sent me:

"To get that device fixed is $65.00 to get the changes put back onto the unit. What we need to do is set up a RA for that device to come in and get unlocked. We can set this up by phone or e-mail. Thanks "
