Newbie from Michigan *** NOW WITH PICS***

Hello everyone my name is Dave I live in Grand Rapids, MI and just today bought my first Mustang..

The car is an 87 5.0 HO 5spd, I paid 1200.00 for it and it had a bad miss and the drivers power window did not work..
In under an hour of owning the car I had set the ignition wires right and got it running good and rewired the door switches and now the window work.

I come from a history of turbocharged imports, and I figured I would get in the game this time with a RWD V8 monster

I love the way the car lets the tires loose and kicks sideways with hardly any effort.

Anywho I will get pictures hopefully by tonight or tomorrow (my boss borrowed my digi cam)

So thats me I look forward to getting to know more of you maybe meeting up and learing all the fun stuff to do to these cars to squeeze out any free/cheep hp's

thank you everyone for the welcomes... I took it to the track tonight and ran a 15.1 @ 93.33

time for upgrades (exhaust, air intake pipe and filter, plugs, wires, cap rotor, coil and anything else u may suggest!

Hey Dave, I'm from Jenison, MI. That's a suburb of Grand Rapids for those who don't know. I own a '93 LX 5.0 with a bunch of bolt on mods done to it. My borther is on MF too and he owns a '97 GT/ Saleen replica with only 40K mi on it. I have a bunch of buddies that live in the area that own Mustangs too. I work too many hours to get together with them often but I hope that will change soon and you're welcome to join in.
