Default Newbie checking in

Hello all. I just bought a Stang Black 02 V6 5spd tan leather with Mach 460. How ever my subs dont work the Radio Cd changer works fine but all I have are highs. All fuses check out only thing I can think of is maybe the amp is fried? Anyone ever have the problem? Was hoping it would be something simple but what is. There are 2 so I assume 1 is for highs and the other for subs Correct? Well, just thought I would see if I could get info. Later all and thanks in advance if anyone is able to point me in the right direction on the amp prob.

Welcome to the forums, good luck with the stereo man. You may be better off just buying a new one though, if you are wanting quality sound.

Yea I have an almost brand new Kenwood deck I paid out the nose for that I had in my trade in. So I guess I could find a way to bypass the amps. I did an amp by pass on my 99 ZX2 I had a few years back but this stangs setup is friggen CRAZY and not as straight foward as the Z's wiring.

It has been a great car thus far. I really wanted a GT but I found this one and could not pass up the deal.

Welcome. I know nothing about stereos. If I can hear over engine I am good. But you should be able to find some great advice here.
