Hey everyonee. A little less than a month ago i got a manual 2002 V6 stang in silver... im 17 soo i consider myself pretty damn lucky to have this car... dont think i really deserve it or anything. I was just wondering what to expect with it... so far ive had no problems other than my right window making a really annoying squeking sound and there is "whoor" sound coming from the engine when i steer and can be heard the most in first gear when turning in any direction from a stop... apperently its the power steering pump and its worn... but the guy i talked to said its not really a big problem unless the noise bothers me.... the car is at 81,000km/50,625 Miles. Tell me what you guys think. I hope it was a good move buying this car over a 2000 prelude type SH or a 2001 Toyota celica gt-s... i guess time will tell. ANyways glad to be here with all of you!

i had the same problem, changed the pump and it didnt do anything, supposively its what our cars do, i have an 04 darkshadow grey mustang. Hit up the sixer section for all your questions and im sure someone in there wil help you out, by the way im also 17 ....and yes where very damn lucky
