Hey I'm new to the forum, I've got a '97 with a V-6 and was wondering if I could find any info on swapping for a 302 or possibly a 351?

Welcome to the site and yes it is possible.
But it would be cheaper to just buy a Mustang GT.
Go the the 351 section and click on the 5.8 conversion.
Or go to the 5.0 section and click on the articles.

yeah but I want a 5.0 more than a 4.6 because I want to modify it and I like the 5.0's add-ons better and I want it carb'ed.
