Default new car, new problems

Hello I am new to your forum but have been a long time member of CEG for my other car. Besides mods and performance, I am looking for a good source of things that I should know about regarding my 2002 Mustang GT that I just bought. For example, with my old contour, it was handy to find out ahead of time that the plastic water pump impeller could break with no warning and is best replaced ahead of tim. Or that the pre-cats tend to 'give up' and you can gut them. Or that there is a very simple fix for the 'throttle hang' delima where the RPMs don't like to drop fast enough due to some 'emissions plubming'. Does mustangforums have a compiled source to get me started on all of the things that I should know or do I have to find out the hard way? I am usually traveling the internet at modem speeds so searching, searching, searching ain't always too fun. Thanks in advance for you help. I am very happy to be in a V8 once again and will never go back!!! I have learned so very much about my contour through www.contour.org (CEG forums) and I hope you guys are equally active.
