You guys must get sick of Noobs!! lol.
Well guys, I signed up a few days ago....been posting...but haven't done the welcome thread yet so here it is.
My ride is an 05 Mustang GT modded as follows:
DSS Racing Forged SuperMOD Short Block
Bennett Racing Ported/Polished Heads
CompCams Supercharger Cams
Vortech V-2 SQ Supercharger
Novi 2200 Intercooler Kit
Steeda Charge Motion Control Plate Delete Kit
Spec Stage 3 Clutch
Spec Aluminum Flywheel
BMR Box Frame Connectors
FRPP Headers
SLP Xpipe w/hiflow cats
JBA Axleback
FRPP 4.10s
A quick background. On the stock motor I put down 473rwhp. Later the block blew. I am in the shop right now getting a little more work done. Goal is at least 600RWHP!!!! Fun Fun.
My daily driver is a 04 Infiniti G35.
Also an 03 10th Ann. Ed. Cobra Pics!!!

nice stang! welcome to the forums! in know how you feel...the block on my 66 mustang just blew...had to put a whole new motor in it..what a pain in the @$$

The DSS block was about $4,900. I got the best one I could for the 05s lol. Its the SuperMOD....if you sent them your core...I think its like a $1000 cheaper, but obviously that wasn't happening since I put a window in my block lol.

Ha ha ha ha ha I feel your pain, I am on my 3rd block on the Cobra but thats another story... I have been tossing the idea of trading in my 05 for an 06 because when I bought the 05 I wanted something for sitting in traffic so I picked up a auto but now I realy miss haveing a 5 speed (Only drive the cobra on weeeknds and at the track) So if or when i pick up the 06 I have my eyes set on a nice turbo set up or Saleen blower. I will make sure to to make a note of the DSS motor.
