Default Annoying sputter

I have an 83 GT w/ a 358W with an FRPP 351 H.O. cam, forged bottom end pushing 10.3 compression, MSD ignition, Trick Flow High Port heads, Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap intake and matching 750 cfm carb. Power is great! But I have a reoccuring lean out problem. Every time I accelerate, the mixture leans out. If I stomp on it during light cruise, it will cut out, sputter, and then run normally! Sometimes I can stall the engine at idle, especially if I'm moving. I have tried recalibrating the carb with alternating lean>rich>lean mixtures, changed jets, rods, both, step up springs, I tried different fuel pressure settings, timing settings, and even timing curves. It pulls 12-13" of vacuum at idle. It seems to like more initial timing though, but that causes hard starts.
Can someone out there help me?!!
Thanks,
RZC
