Buying first stang soon, I have questions.
Hi, I am a new member and at age 40 am about to buy my first Mustang after wanting one for the last 25 years.I am leaning towards new since this is likely to be my first and last Mustang for many, manyyears. I would appreciate help with a few questions. Is it realistic to expect to buy a new GT at invoice minus rebate? How does the 4.0 V6 engine/exhaust sound compared to a V8? In the GT, does the 3.55 rear gear have a noticeable effect in better acceleraionor reduced fuel economy over the stock 3.31? Thanks in advance.

welcome.. Def. GT, if your gonna buy one and have if for ever.. u gotta go all out.. plus.. let the factory do it so u dont have to be bothered ... unless ur trynna do work on a brand new car... GOOD LUCK!!!

why not be different, buy the v-6 use the money you saved from not getting the gt and get a truck load of bolt ons. from superchargers to twin turbos and smoke the bolt on gt's . all with better gas milage and cheaper insurance!!!
