Default Can anyone help?

Hey everyone,
I am new to this site and was hoping someone may have some good advice for me. I have an 89 LX. I am having trouble and cannot find my problem. My ride is apparently getting way too much fuel(it just used 5 gallons in 30 miles). It will barely run, it backfires, smokes, uses tons of gas and you can smell gas real bad when it is running. It has a fairly new fuel pump but ran fine until just recently. I have replaced the relays and fuel pressure regulator and it still has the problem. I also replaced the plugs and it immediately gas fouled the new set. I tried taking it to the local Ford dealership but they won't work on it because it has "so much aftermarket stuff" on it (mass air, throttle body, 24 lb injectors, etc. I am at the end of my rope. Can anybody help?
