Default New guy

Hey all decided to join just for fun. I drive a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC (with the hideous wing replaced with the lo-pro version lol), cant say im in love with the car but I def do like it and it was a big upgrade from a 96' Chrysler Concorde. It is my daily driver so nothing to extensive will be done because I drive 60+ miles/day and am a full time college studentandI wouldlike to keep my warranty. Future plans however include GM's stage 2, GMPP exhaust, and some poly tranny mounts and CAB's. My goal is to hit low 13's in the 1/4 while still retaining my warranty and getting 30+ mpg. I will getting a base line dyno on March 24th basically stock except for the Exhaust Manifold. As of now I have no 1/4 times.

Plans after the cobalt and collegewill be a nice V8 RWD platform with plenty of potential for a 500HP street car/ddnot sure if it will be a stang or not. Dont get me wrong I like theSS but its just something to get me good gas mileage at a cheap price right now.

Also im not here to troll or start stuff I have a great deal of respect for mustangs. I have raced quite a few mustangs and both beat them and been beaten. Hopefully you can use me as a source of info on the Cobalt and I can gain info on the Stang. If you guys have any questions on the balt shoot them my way ill see what I can answer.
