Ok first things first. As of right now I don't have a mustang, heck I donte ven have a car since I totaled mine. Anyways I had a question about a mustang forsale in my area and wasn't sure where to post it at. Someone that my uncle know has the car because it was given to him. He wants to sell it and offered it to me since I recently totaled my car. Let me just say this right now he doesn't know the specs of anything on it since it wasn't originally his. The car is a '90 LX 5.0 5 speed hatchback. The odometer reads 80,000 miles, right now it doesn't have a headliner or heater. It does have different rearend gears ( I think something like 3.73 maybe), subframe connectors already installed, an aftermarket cam, and a new clutch. All the bodywork it need is to the quarters. The one side has some minor rust and on the other the paint is bubbling just a slight bit. Now heres my question... Would this car be a good buy? He wants $2,800 obo for it. This would be my first mustang but not my first performance car. I have no idea what to look for or anything. Anything you guys/girls can tell me would be greatly appreciated. I have until saturday to decide, he's out of town until then. Again thanks for the help.
