Hey Everyone. I'm Brandon from central NJ. I signed up a couple months ago trying to get some info but only posted a little. This is my formal introduction. Well today was the big day, went to Oasis Ford to see what they had in stock, but they didn't have what I wanted. Soo... i ordered my manual 07 Stang GT. Alloy Metallic w/ Red/Black interior. Cali. GT appearance package, interior upgrade package, the 18 inch polished aluminum wheels.3.55 Gears, ect. I'm expecting her in 6-8 weeks and this is going to be the longest and hardest 2 months of my life! I can't wait to join everyone though and own the car I've been wanting since I was a little kid.

I had ordered it w/ the alarm system. But now i'm thinking of putting on my a real high end Viper alarm. Does the car still come equipped with remote locking doors when not equipped with the factory alarm system?

Welcome - I am signing my papers tomorrow. Did you get the $1500 in rebates(1000 GT and 500 for manual 5sp)- they expire April 2nd, but I hear they likely will last longer. They can't actually apply them until your car has VIN - just wandering what you heard.

No. Just as you said, I can't get them until I take delivery of the car. I'm also eligible for another $500 off b/c I graduated from college recently.

Cool. I just signed the DORA today and they hit me with the $420.00 FDAF Assessment - what a scam. Did you get hit with it too. I already posted a b*itch seesion on that subject a minute ago - just curious whos paying and whos not and how.
