Hi Gang, another FNG here.
Hope you're all doing well.
Stumbled across the site and I'm really digging it.
Don't currently have a pony, but my first car (1990 when i was 16) was a 65 Coupe with a 200 and a C4.
Followed up by a basket 68 Cougar I never finished. The 65 was closest to done, painted Iroc Blue with those fake centerlines that were the rage!
So after a long time out...I'm saving and studying up, as I want to get another early coupe eventually. Thinking 67/68 this time, but we'll see! LOL
So I'll be hanging and reading, thanks for the input. Eventually pics when I get something.
if anyone hangs around guitar forums like www.birdsandmoons.com and thegearpage.net you'll know me as Big Mike. My other passion is music, as I'm a semi pro guitar player.
Looking forward to the hang.
Best,
Mike

Hi Mike, welcome to Mustang Forums!
Any idea what year of coupe you are looking for? Come on over the the classic section and browse through the pictures... I'm sure you'll find something you like!

Hi Troy,
Nice! Local guy, I'm just down in Concord.
When I'm ready to spring for it, I'm leaning 67/68. Im a big guy 6'3" and 400 lbs plus...so I gotta shed some weight first to fit! LOL
Been perusing the classic section, having a ball reading up and checking out everyone's rides.
