Welcome to the forums, but this in innaccurate, for just posting, doesn't really matter what size you post, as for your sig it needs to be 500x250 or smaller. Also you should post them in your gallery, that way you don't have to deal with a 3rd party site like imageshack or photobucket, that is unless you already have one.
