Hey guys, what's up??.. Well as most of my friends say, I've turned to the 'Dark Side"... I've owned a 99 Camaro SS, mean as hell, then I traded it in for a 2002 Trans Am... and just a near 5 months later, I'm trading in my TA for an 01 Cobra.. Monday the 17th is when I'm going in to close the deal :-D I've been a GM girl all my life, but it was time to try something new. This Cobra is Zinc Yellow, with only 13K miles. I have no problems with that :-) It rides like a dream, I've had my share of diff vehicles, and maybe this time I'll stick with it. But what I'm asking from you guys, I need help with Mustangs!! I'm such a LS1 gear head, I have no clue about these 4.6's... so please, feel free to help... either post back, or you can reach me on AIM as: TransAm57Babe... (Yea I know I gotta change my screenname!!) Haha.. first thing I want to do to it, is the exhaust. I'm thinking either SLP LM, Bassani, or MAC... so give me your info :-) Thanks a lot guys!

Welcome aboard. All you have to do is ask and all your questions will be answered.

I would tell you to get either Mac or BBK ceramic coated LT headers, Bassani X pipe or a Prochamber and either a Magnapack or Magnaflow catback and you will never have to worry about exhaust again.

Yea because with my ta and camaro i took the easy way out! With my camaro i put a cut out on it.. and with the ta I started out with 4" Ravin stainless steel exhaust but it wasn't loud enough so i threw a cutout on that one as well... with the cobra i plan to do it the right way and get it done professionally! :-D
