Default noobie from fontana,ca

Hi everyone, my name is john and im from fontana, cali. New to the whole car thing obviously
I recently bought an 00 v6 mustang. Fell in love with it ever since!
Bought it for 6g's with 45 k under the hood.
Ive done the simple upgrades, newfilter, oil, sparkplugs, headlights and etc.
I have a question, ive noticed that the clutch is deep, higher than the other pedals. Is that normal? My friends questioned it, import owners. Also i was wondering what kind of exhaust would be suitable for my car, and im missing a part inside the car. The ignition plastic cover i would say it is, The metal output of the ignition is sticking out. Any ideas where i can get that item? Anyways please leave any recommendations.

Hey welcome to the forums, im new also....the clutch pedal is a normal mustang thing, when i bought mine i was the same way about it being out so far. It sounds to me your key ignition cylinder is missing a piece of trim. dont know off hand where to get one from.

Welcome, I used to live near Fontana, in Rialto. Not sure where to find a replacement trim, try a bone yard or look at our sponsors.

Howdy, from South Australia, new to this also.
currenty looking at a couple of 66 coupes.
one is total restoration project but complete ( $7,000.00), other is cosmetic restoration only.($22,000.00) both coupes are ex Californa cars. A proper tidy 66 coupe here sells for around $30,000.00, more if right hand driver conversion has been done!
Any input would be good, ta!

Welcome and good luck, If you have a local body shop your friends with, they should be able to get it.
