Default The New Guy

Ok first in the intrest of being fair, I must admit I have been converted from an Import Tuner into the rehelm of Muscle. My last project was a 2000 civic si. I did all the usual crap that everyone usually does. Body Kits, Turbo, Exaust ect. I dumped about 15 grand into the car in mods. After a couple of years working on the damn thing I ran in to a buddy of mine from way back. He happend to be running 2000 Rouche. Stock, or at the time what i thought Stock was. Needless to say he handed me my *** in about a blink of an eye. The fact that He was so able to stomp my civiv into the ground started me on my current path. Why dump tens of thousands of dollars into something htat was never ment to be "fast". When you can spend half the money, get twice the results, and acually drve a car that is intended to be fast. So here is my current delima. I am currently staiond in Iraq. I have 8000 to spend outright and want to get my hands on 90's 5.0. Preferably a 94 1/2 the last year before they crapped out and ended the motor with 215bhp. If anyone can help please let me know thanks

there is a sayin that goes "u gotta pay to play" and people always say there is always something faster than you out there so just cause a mustang beat u doesnt mean its the fastest car out there. So if u had thousands into ur car then i am sure he had money into his car and paid even more to purchase it and its not a cheap route. Not tryin to be negative or anything just sayin but if i hear of anything i will let u know and they have a For Sale section on the forums so there might be some cars there so check it out. Goodluck.

Welcome to the board! There are many fox body stangs for sale. You will just have to check autotrader, craiglist, etc. You should be able to buy a decent car for between 3 to 5, and you could find one that is already modded, but pay attention to detail when buying one that has been modded. Expect to pay up to 7 or 8 on a car that has a lot of bolt ons.
