Fuel injection
Greetings from Central Oregon!
I have a resotored 1967 Mustang coupe, 289 C6 tranny. It currently has Holley 650 double pumper, no real issues there, dual exhaust. I am considering installing an Edlebrock Multi-Port EFI unit. Looking for reliability, driveability, gs mileage improvement. Not a racer, just a cruiser.
I think it's a good idea, if a bit spendy, so why don't I see more vintage Mustangs with EFI?
Thanks for your input, I am a newbie to this forum.

Welcome to the forums, sounds like a nice ride, do you have any pictures? As for classics with EFI you should drop by our Classic Mustang subforum and introduce yourself to the guys, there are quite a few that have done that.
Cheapest way we have found to fuel inject old motors is to use a Chevy Throtte Body Setup
i would try a Chevy 305 TBI on your 289
They only take 6 wires to hookup, and the computer learns pretty well.
We have put Chevy TBI setups on AMC 360's, Jeep 258's, AMC 304's etc.
and they are easy to find in junkyards under 200$ for everything
