new guy
I was instructed to post something about myself and ride because I'm a new member: Here it is.
Middle aged, some gray hair, TV producer, Fox Sports Net, hunting/fishing show saturdays 11:30 AM CST Had 2005 Saleen S281, wasn't saitisfied, ordered 2006 Saleen Extreme, kicked to HP to 575, drove it in the Cannonbal Rally Great American Run from Miami to LA stating 7-29, also bought one of the 600HP Saleen Bad Boys that only entrants to the rally could buy. there was only 9 of them when they stopped production, of the 9, 3 have full glass roofs like my red 2006 see: http://bjoutdoors.com/index.php?curr...r_Sale/saleens for pictures
some of the 9 were driven hard in the rally, mine's still new tucked away in a storage unit. Am looking to sell the black 2007 Extreme Bad Boy and am looking for rear tires for my 2006 need pirelli p-zero rosso 275/40zr20. Knew I shouldn't have put that brake line lock on, only used it a couple times but it's easy to smoke the tires with this car. Cannonball ended at Willow Springs track near LA-running that track was most fun I ever had driving. the saleens are really great in the curves and real monsters in the straightaways. shot 20 hours of video during rally, mostly on inside car cam, some drivers rec'd as many as four tickets in one day. I had one-5 miles before the end of rally!!!!!!!!!! we found a few spots where we could let it roar and lots of us hits speeds in excess oif 175MPH I know now I can run with 911 twin turbos, lambos, vipers, lotuses, and z06's even in the curves. valentine 1 saved my butt a bunch of times everyday and in fact the one ticket I got was because the mountie tagged the guy in front of me but stopped me because of the rally decals. was stage leader on 3 day with the group that drove from Miami to LA,
other group left from NY and we all met in Vegas at Eurotech Motoring, thanks to Dave Tonapetyan the CEO- If any of you from the run are watching these forums I wanna say, Hey. Mike Megdal from Mega Metals in Phoenix, Tim Melancon from Miswaco in Louisiana who drove Bad Boy 333, Greg "Big Daddy" Arceneauxz from "Half Evil Motorsports"and Mahmoud Baban from Bespoke in Saudi Arabia. Great Guys, great rally, can't wait for next year.
If anyone can help me with a really good deal on tires or knows someone that wants to buy a 1 of onl 9 produced serious Bad Boy, feel free to get in touch

Welcome to the forums BJ, your cars are amazing. Hopefully we have someone that can help you out with your tire needs and possibly someone in here will be interested in your Bad Boy, you should post it in the Mustangs For Sale section if you haven't already.
