Default Newbie...

Hey Everyone,

Newbie here to the forum. Just getting ready to put a new engine and trans in my 87 GT and figured I'd join the forum to get some good info. I sold the old engine about 3 years ago(302, 185 AFR Alum, b-cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, yada yada yada with a vortech renegade fuel system. It ran bottom 12's at firebird all day and was a blast...but had to get some extra money so instead of selling the car, I sold the engine and trans. I just picked up a 4.6 with trans and computer from a buddy and am getting ready to put it in the car and was wondering what was working best on these engines.

I dont know anything about putting a 4.6 in the 87, that may require some stuff. Like blueoval said, check out the 4.6 forum, welcome to the board!
