It only took YEAR's of dreaming and waiting, now I have a Mustang to call my own. I purchased aPROJECT 72' Mach 1 with a non-original 351W. I am looking forward to all the hard work of therestoration andI ameager to get the bad boy running and hearthe roar of the engine the 1st time I fire it up.

Thank you both, I like your rides. I thought about getting a new model mustang however I LOVE [sm=Awwww.gif]the old ones, and wanted the joy of a restoration.

No problems with that. My brother is restoring one from the ground up...a 65...he's been at it for about 4 yrs now.

[8D] Those are some sexy cars you all have. I can only hope my ride will be smokin like that when I am done with the resto. However my ride will take a while, as you can see by the pic I did have to dig it out of it's shallow grave when I perchased it. Although it is rough looking the only rust is in the floor pans and it's not even the complete floor pans. I am currently half way in the gutting process and will post a pic once its been fully gutted out.
