Default Powertrain Control Module

I have a 2000 Mustang 3.8. We have a problem with the fuel system. At first my dad thouht it was the fuel pump but he put the new and old directly and they work, which leads us to believe that the injecters arent opening. So we refered to the books and found that the Powertrain Control Module controls the injecters. The question is where it is, andhow to take it off?
