New to forum
I'm new to the forum and I figured I'd introduce myself before posting anything else.
I'm 22 years old and from the Nor Cal area. What I've got is a 66 mustang coupe. Currently it has the original 200 ci. 6yl and c4. It has a 20 year old wimbleton white paint job and red interior. My grandpa bought this car 20+ years ago from the original owner, he thensold it to my dad 6 years ago, and I justbought it 1 month ago. This winter I'm going to convert itover to a V8 and 5 speed. Some of the things I've done to it since I bought it lastmonthinclude:
For the front: Brand new upper and lower control arms, all new V8 suspension, V8 spindles, SSBC disk brake kit with power booster, Eibach progressive lowering springs, Koni adjustable shocks, 1 piece export brace, 1 1/8" sway bay, poly bushings throughout the front suspension, and a few things I'm probably forgetting...
For the rear: 77' Lincoln Versailles 9" rear end with disk brakes, 3.50 gears and posi, hipo lowering leaf springs, GR2 shocks, rear sway bar, and poly bushings throughout.
As far as other mods go, I've installed a set of original torque thrust D wheels, a Ron Davis aluminum radiator, and I'm in the process of converting the red interior to black. I'll be posting pictures of the car later tonight when I get home from work.
This will be my weekend driver once finished. My current daily driver (not a ford) is a 04 supercharged silverado. Runs mid 12's at around 110mph
