Default Leather seats

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I just took delivery of a 05 GT with black leather interior. Does anyone know what part of the seating is actual leather and which part is vinyl??????? I bought a product called Lexol leather conditional...can this be applied to the vinyl part of the seating?????

Thanks

I almost never follow this advice myself, but "read the label", lol.

If the product is to condition the leather, it would seem to make sense that it soaks in to keep it soft and flexible. It sould just wipe of the vinyl parts of the seat, since it won't soak in. As I understand it, the leather is the surfaces that you sit on, and lean back against. I would try the product on the lower, backside of the seat bottom (the surface your feet are by when you sit in the back seat (like you can reallt sit in the back seat of an 05, lol). Make sure it's safe there. IE. doesn't discolor the vinyl.

Best of luck !!
