302 stock bottom end built top end how much boost and can it handle procharger P1sc-2
My 94, 302 has the top end built the rundown trick flow street heads, upper and lower intake shorty headers , 24lb injectors, cold air intake, throttle body, mass air , under drive pulley, rebuilt trans ,3:73 gears, E cam your basic build.
The issue is the bottom end bone stock crank and pistons, I am fully aware of what can happen . Procharger tech say 6 lbs no problem.
The supercharger P1SC-2 .
Also, I have a small issue with the idle it surges a bitany tips on an adjustable throttle positioning sensor or would a chip help regulate the air fuel.

When you added the cam it made your idle start pulsing. You have to get it tuned out. Find a good tuner with a dyno and let them tune it, you'll need to after the charger install anyway. I'm not sure what compression ratio you have but you will be fine with 8 lbs of boost if your running 9.5 CR.

Something to consider is the HP level as well. At 12psi or 500hp the block will be the weak point. The crank and pistons on the 5.0 SB I've not heard a whole lot about breaking save when over running the Block's limits.
If you want to be sure though, a DSS Long Block could be put together for you for not to much and you could get a Dart Block, new Heads, and open up the boost to whatever you want.
But with the Intercooler you could push 10psi easy, enless your using flat pistons, which case I'd not go over 8psi. But you would have to install those... So if you didn't, then that's not a concern.
