My name is Dan. I have a 641/2 coupe I restored 3 yrs ago (totally garage built), that's my baby. It's won 6 times at our local dragstrip in trophy and super street classes, and it's no race car but a great bracket racer! She runs 9.7's in the 1/8 ml. It has all new sheet metal and frame rails, floor pans, a289 (40 over), Edelbrock Preformer Package, C4 tranny, 300:1 8" Factory locker and lots of other upgrades. Like I said, it's no race car but a fun little cruiser! I'm currently restoring a 52 F1 Truck that's just going to be a hot rod and toreplace the Mustang at the track. I'mdropping the body 3", with 3" drop springs on the front axle and ladder bars w/coil over shocks on the rear, 355:1 8.8" Posi-track, 302with a Parker Funnelweb Intake,Holly CarbandI'm still deciding on the trans (C4, Glide or old school manual 3 speed). I'm going to have some questions on that 302 so watch the postings. Thanks
