Another New Guy
Hello,
I've had a few Mustangs (I linked a few of my pics) and just bought a used 1988 GT from a friend. It needs a few things but is in good condition and has quite a few modifications. The car will be a project car for my son and I. The friend I got it from bought from another Mustang lover as is and did not know a lot about the mods to the car.
From what i can see it has a complete Cobra intake, 70 mm TB, shorty headers, X-pipe (2 cats), 3 inch exhaust, 410 gears, larger mass air senser, short throw shifter (5-sp), motosport gauge packageand an aluminum drive shaft. Not sure on engine internals. It has 74,000 miles and is rust free and tight.
Looks like it needs a clutch soon and it can't pass emissions. I'll be searching the forum for emissions help (any tips will be helpful). If I told you what I paid for the car you would not believe me!

Hey I live in Meriden Ct. what part of Ct. are you from? that is one clean looking fox I am also new to the forum check out my intro thread since I just joined the forum as well, hey who knows I may run into you sometime...
