Hi...i dont really know much about mechanic things...and i haven't take my car to a mechanic yet, but the thing with my car is that it doesnt accelerate like before. when i press the gas pedal all the way on any gear, the car seems to slow down or doesnt want to keep going faster. i don't know what the problem is,could it bethe fuel filter??? any help????
btw i own a 2003 mustang gt v8.

Do you have a check engine light on? It could be a lot of things causing this. If you don't have a check engine light on though that narrows it down. No light, I'd say get a good tune up done on it. New plugs, air filter and fuel filter. If it still does it then check into getting the fuel pressure checked because you probably have a fuel pump going bad.
