difference 96 and 95 mustangs

difference 96 and 95 mustangs
i just bought another mustang and i dont know if it is a 1995 or a 1996 all the parts for the 95 i try to put on m y car wont fit it but on the title it is saying it is a 1995 i dont know how to tell what year it is can some one help me out here

tail lights will be different as well, the 94/95 have horizontal lines, 96-98 have vertical

sweet... looks good.. i might need to make the sigs smaller.. 500 wide is pretty big.. =D glad ya like it man..
