Default SIG PIC Question HELP Please

OK I do not understand how you get your sig pic to be as large looking as everyones. If you look at mine it is realy small? but it is the same size as all the others I have fallowed the how to and I just do not understand what is the trick to get it to look larger?

I can't even figure out how to get a pic posted. I resized mine on photobucket but can't get it to upload for some reason. Any ideas?
