for $4300 it is about right but with a/c problems you might want to bring the price down at least $3800.
Ask her if she is willing to take $3800 due to the a/c problems and see what she says, if she says no then go somewhere else. Good luck.

i would say thats alot of mileage on that stang but the mods probably make up for the difference.
