Default Rust on floor

I am new to restoring cars. I was wondering if I should just replace the whole floorpanel on my 69 mustang if it is rusted there on the passenger in two spots? The rust spots are about 5" by 5".

Welcome to MFs.. that question might be better suited for the tech section for that year..

but i'd say if the rest of the floor is solid, just cut em out and patch em.

It depends on how much the floorpanels cost.
