Me and my possible new $3,000 Cobra (north NJ)
It isn't set in stone yet but its a deal I really cant refuse.
About me-
I'm now 18 and have been into cars since birth. Over the last year I've built, almost from scratch a 1993 Dodge Stealth ES. Currently in my yard I have a 1986 Peugeot 505 Turbo I'm ATTEMPTING* to restore although the lack of parts is making it quite difficult. Anyhow its late and I dont feel like going into my automotive details on these since I could talk for hours.
So...
Richie, who always always comes in to the hobby store of which I work at is probably getting rid of his mustang. His brother is buying a new car when the 09 models come out and Richie is getting his bro's old mercedes I think it is and is getting rid of the cobra. He makes good money and is one of the most generous guys I've ever met, amazing person. Anyhow he want's to sell the mustang to me for $3,000 of which my dad even said yes to about 30 seconds after I told him, lol. Its a deal I cant refuse
Car details:
1995 Mustang Cobra
60,000 miles
5spd (of course)
synthetic oil every 1500 miles
garage kept
new headlights and rims
new clutch
immaculate and mint, never abused
I will admit I have very little faith in american cars, I had a 95 Grand am and it blew up 5 days after I got my liscense, I'm hoping this will restore my faith in american. My other issue is I always ragged on V8's because my attention is always in 6cyl turbo's so now I have to change my attitude. I drove her today and I was surprised at the solid feel of the car. I hope it all goes through and I can add her to my collection.
No I'm not rich, I have to work for what I have and the big issue here is if I want to get rid of my super rare project Peugeot or TRY to pay for 3 insurances which means working my *** off and not as much dough for mods..

Welcome, sounds like a pretty good deal, and looks in good shape by the pic. I think you'll be happy with it and if it has been taken care, then it should restore your faith in American cars! Good luck with it/have fun!
