New from Illinois.
First off my name is John from Decatur, Illinois and iam 22.
I currently do not own a mustang but will be getting a 94 or 95 5.0 gt soon.
I fell in love with these cars when I was 16 when I had a 1992 f150 5.0 v8.
Currently I drive a 1997 eclipse well its kind of broken in the process of fixing it and selling it to fund for a 94 or 95 gt manual.
My plans.
Buy car.
Buy a boss block or better depending on funds.
All forged internals with low compression.
Build the trans and suspension.
Big turbo setup my goals are 800-900whp daily driven.
Nice to join you guys in here I will have the car before xmas as Iam in the process of riping my eclipse motor out and replacing the block then selling it to fund this project.

Welcome! My g/f is from the Decatur area and I have taken my stang down there a few times. I am locally from the Peoria area...but it's nice to see someone on the forums close to my area if you want to call 100 miles close...lol.

Lol my ex gf that I brokeup with today lives in Pekin, you probably seen me on I74 right outside there. Thats where I blew the eclipse up running with a ford gt in my car club that lives in chillicothe. I used to live up in galesburg. Hopefully I can just drop the stock motor into the eclipse and scrap what is good out of the race block and make some extra money. So I can get enough to buy a mustang plus some new paint ect and motor work. My goal is buy the car and put 15k into it before next summer. Have you herd of Certified Konceptz Car Club in Central IL? Me and Andy run the whole car club with 174 members but as of rightnow its alot of mix of domestic and imports and bikes.
