Default help.....

I just purhcased a 2008 Mustang GT no less than 2 weeks ago, this is my 1st Mustang and I absolutely fell in love with it...the sales personel were all smoozing me over and telling me if there is anything I need just let them know...well the time has come...lol...I noticed this past sunday that my rear bumper on the right side was becoming detatched....needless to say I was extremely peeved...so anyway took it back to the Ford dealership and boy let me tell you the demeanor of the salesperson and general sales mgr changed drastically, make a long story short I had the dealership's bodyshop take a look my car, it was determined that some clips and or pins were missing and the entire bumper would need to be removed and clips etc replaced and re-fitted, well I had that done and the bumper still looks the same as before, the only explanation the body shop could give me is that their guy fitted the bumper on as best as he could and there were other cars on the lot just like my model where the bumper did not fit as snug....so I ask is there anything that I can further pursue with this...I mean I know every car is not made perfect, but I as I stated before I haven't even had this car a full 2 weeks....hopefully someone can provide me with some insight and point me to the right forum group...thanks

I'm not really sure, however, I would say if there is a different Ford dealership close enough to you I'd take it to them and give them your story. To me that doesnt sound right at all. The bumpers seem to not be attached to hardly anything though.

Call the Ford customer support number in your owner's manual or demand to talk to the zone service rep. They don't want the factory to be aware of poor service, so they may get more motivated.
