Hi everyone , I am in New Jersey, and bought a 2006 convertable it came with spinners on the tires. I was wondering if anyone knows if they are supposed to spin when the car is moving or are they just for looks. They move when I spin them but not very easily.

Why would you buy a mustang with spinners? if their the "real" ones they spin hardly ever, it kinda looks like your moving but your tires arn't lol they spin when you drive you just can't see them

 

ummm ok thanks, They kinda are in the center of the rim and have 4 spokes or blades that are about 5 or 6 inches long, if that helps.
