yeah those spinner things were stock and no they dont spin, what part of nj are u from, im from around trenton.

Thank you for letting me know about the spinners. I am from Hunterdon County in Lebanon Borough. You? What kinda Mustang do you have? This is my first one and so far love it. I am not looking forward to winter, everyone tells me that the car is really bad in the snow. My name is Stewart.

I have an idea for you, Sell the mustang and buy a third gen CAMARO. You'll fit in better.

im from mercer county, yeah the car isn't to good in the snow...or ice or even rain sometimes...just keep your foot light when driving.
