Hi, Second time Around

Hi, I have said hello probably almost a year ago. I am from Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. Sadly I still do not have a mustang. I would like a bit of advise for someone who is sixteen and is currently looking for a mustang. My budget is about $5500. Any advise would be just awesome. Thanks for your help.
