Good choices but if I were you I would drop the cai down with the tb/plenum (cai's don't do much at all for our cars) and put the gears either before or after the exhaust cause you're gonna get the best "performance" from the gears. Not any hp or tq but will definately give you the best results in shaving down that 1/4 time.
