my first 5.0
hey everybody, so after months of searching i finally found my 50. Its an 87 gt hatch, all primer - even the ponies, which i actually just got done painting silver today. its a 5 speed, tremec t5 tranny with 4k on it, b&m short shifter. Its got 75k on a rebuilt, in which they put in forged rods and pistons. gt40 heads, bbk shorty equal length headers, bbk fuel regulator and fuel pump, 373 gears, lightened crankshaft, edelbrock cam, MSD cap and rotor, mac x pipe with turndown flows. The body is straight but a little rough needs a spoiler, driver side handle, rear taillight and headlight, passenger window doesnt go down, spedo and gas guage dont work, and a dirty red interior that i want to change over to black. All in due time tho. First couple of things that i want to do tho is put in a cobra clutch, cobra intake, and do cold air and bigger fuel injectors. its gona be a project but i got a good engine to work with.
