Default 1987 Mustang GT

I have a 87 GT that I started as a project and once I stripped the car I realized its not worth keeping the body at all due to the last person welding a whole front clip on the car that couldn't be seen unless you took the fenders off. Therefore, I'm wondering if its worth parting out just the interior pieces and seats, scrapping the body and then keeping the engine and tranny so I can drop it in another mustang. I'd post this in a different section but for some reason the site is letting me post anywhere but here.

i prob would have wanted to post in the general tech section my fender aprons are bad but when i bought the car it was a good deal at the time but i couldn't tell that it was a completely different front clip from the original car. So, I am now on the hunt for a rolling chasis.
