New guy
Hello everyone from sunny Texas
My name is Dan, I am currently in Wichita Falls, TX waiting to finish up my Air Force tech school. I just recently sold my 2007 Civic Si (knock it all you want, I loved the car ). I am now looking to buy something new. I have had many different cars in the past, including a 1997 383 LT1 Camaro Z28, a 2000 Dakota quad cab, a 2004 SRT-4 and then my Civic after selling my SRT-4 and truck. Well the Civic is gone now, I made quite a bit of money (not enough to make up for what I spent on mods), and I'm back on the market. I finish tech school on August 19th, and will be buying when I get home. I LOVE the Mach 1, my neighbor in Ohio has a red Mach 1 that is absolutely beautiful, to the point that when I was outside with my girlfriend who also had an Si, I felt ashamed in its presence when he drove by. Since then I have been in love with the Mach 1 and I believe it will be my next car, either that or a Bullitt... I joined because I would like to research the car before I buy, and ask questions if I have to. I don't want to get myself into another situation like I did with my Civic where you could not tune it properly (well, you can now, but I sold it), so turbo kits didn't work right, and my 13.8 N/A was about the best I could do really. But I have a feeling the Mach 1 won't disappoint me. Sorry for the life story!
