Traded my 92 Tbird Sport for a 2002 V6 Stang... Now here I am. First things first, aluminum driveshaft and tri-ax shifter... then the 3 core radiator that I had in the garage for the bird... then after that I have no clue... that's why I'm here... to get ideas.

no, not without making the labor and costs outweigh the cost of just getting a gt.

as for krusher: aluminum driveshaft really isn't all that necessary...doesnt do a whole lot and should be used more as a finishing touch. as for the tri-ax, thats always a good buy...go fer it.

after going from a 2 ton brick to a 2200 lbs lightweight... even 20 pounds by replacing the driveshaft is good for me... I used to beg for ways to get 10-20 lbs off my old car... and the aluminum shaft can handle more Gs than stock. V8? HAH... that's what I had in my birds... V6= better gas mileage... and on top of that... it look slike the TR-3650 was also the transmission for use with the GT 281... so... if that really ends up being the case... a V8, aside from the computer and mounts, should be mostly a bolt on... although if anyone knows this for a fact either way... correct me.

oh yeah... and I am a mechanic... I do my own work... and I have access to a machine shop... so... work and labor is $0.00
