Welcome to MF! Just figure out what you want from your car and go from there. You going to be drag racing with it? Street racing? Figure that out and it will be easy for us to help you out. Congrats on your 06 GT.

i will probably run it down the track a few times just want some performance and maybe a little street racing i was looking at exhaust just dont know wich one to get i know i was looking at cat back y pipe was looking at superchargers too not for sure on that one yet kinda pricey lol might save for that was looking at cold air intakes too just not for sure whats best to go with.

I think for someone who wants to run it a few times down the track and a little street racing, a supercharger would be overkill. Forget the Y pipe. I'm not sure where you got that from seeing how your GT has a stock H pipe. Listen to exhaust videos on youtube to figure out which exhaust system sounds good to YOU. The standard mods for your GT are: gears, CAI, exhaust and a tune. If you do that with some good tires I think you would be more than happy. Good luck!
