Hiya,
I have a fun car... 1994 Saleen S351 retired road racecar with the FIA body package (carbon fiber hood, deck, intake, and the front air dam just like off the "Home Improvement Car" that drops the nose another 2 inches and the SR Spoiler. She has been gutted and raced for years and now is going back to street use. Origional Black Paint (sure there are some scars - Infineon, Atlanta, Topeka, Road America, MAM), Bright Yellow Wheels, Black Recaro Leather Seats. No blower here, No fuel Injection here!!! This one has a fresh detuned TransAm Ford 363 cid with 514 bhp on just a carb (last years engine pulled 672 on the engine dyno with 14-1). Rare R302 race block +60, billit everything, 12-1, TFSR ported and flowed heads, Edelbrock intake, Holley Cup Style Carb tuned by a Penzoil Crew guy, Trans Am style high pressure air intake (just like you see on a cup car - but carbon fiber) the whole things spins to an honest 8000 but the power band falls off after 7400...Tremec tranny, .80 fith gear, tilton race clutch, (small and spins fast) Alum driveshaft, loop, cage, custom torque bar (allows downshifts from 150 without upsetting the car)torsen locker with 3.73, 3" exhaust, hooker super comp long tube headers, magna flow zero restriction mufflers, x pipe, 255 meats up front, 295 meats in the rear (P-Zeros) 13 inch Saleen brakes up front and 12 inch rears, alumn panhard bar, adjustable rear suspension, coil over fronts, sub frames, AC delete, Radio Delete, Backseat delete, ABS delete, Cruise delete, Airbags Delete, Wipers system delete and my project has been putting it all back together so she can get sold. less than 1000miles on the entire drive train and suspension, I will post some pictures soon because for anyone...that all might sound confusing...fastest flat out 183 MPH at Road America best 1/4 11.23 @ 121.7 (wish she would have hooked) pulls well over a G with hoosiers and just under with the PZero's....real head turner, sounds like a cup car at full throttle and is a real pain in the *** to drive... but it does have highway patrol style flashing lights (she served as a pacecar dressed like the saleen/allen car for 2 years). Just bought a MACH 460, new carpet, new seats, all in hopes of making it go away but the more I do the better it gets ya know?
