New cobra owner

A few things that concern me is The intake manifold does not have a cobra emblem on it, when i asked the seller why that is he said the intake manifold developed a crack in it and had to be replaced, and 2nd the spark plug covers are black when on all other 01 cobras there silver, what could this mean? is there a vin number or something on the engine block that i can verify that this has the original motor? I already verified the block as a teksid by seeing squares and not diamonds under the intake mani, also when i replaced the belt tensioner i purchased one for a 01 cobra and that one didnt fit so i went back and replaced it with one for a 99 cobra since i figured all 99s have the teksid and thats the only possible reason the 01 tensioner wouldnt fit. It did infact use a tensioner from a 99 cobra. Does this mean the motor might be out of a 99 cobra, or do the few 01 cobras with teksid blocks still use the 99 cobra belt tensioner.
spark plug covers are black because he got them either powdercoated or from a mach 1 just like the intake mani but judging by the slight drip of paint in the drivers side top corner and the shine id say powerdercoated.
vin number i believe is on the back of the block by the header maybe someone else can comment to varify. i would just call a ford dealership to have them run ur vin and just ask them what originally came with the car.
lastly i wouldnt ride on cut springs of any kind. i would call the manufacturer of the coilovers and get their springs for the rear.

I just noticed i dont have that spring on the throttle body lever thats supposed to be there (see the end of the video), I know the cruise control was removed is that spring part of the cruise system, if not what does it do and do i need it.
